Shipping Policy

1. When can we expect our order?

The processing time for all orders is 5-7 business days excluding weekend and holidays. 

2. Do you offer free shipping?

We do offer free (3-5 day) shipping on any orders over $50 within the USA. For orders to Canada free (6-10 day) shipping on orders over $75. Please note that their may be shipping delays due to COVID 19. Sugarplum Serenity is not responsible for any shipping delays. 

3. Where do you ship?

Currently we ship to the United States and Canada We do not ship to APO/FPO.

International Orders: If there are additional taxes, customs fees or any other fees associated with your order. This will be billed to the customer.

4. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We do offer shipping to PO Boxes and US-based courier forwarding services.


5. Can I change an incorrect address?

You may email within 24 hours of placing your order to make any changes to the address. If a new shipping fee applies, you will be required to pay the difference in order for your package to be shipped.

6. How do I track my order? 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email you used during checkout. Please ensure that your email address is correct. 

7. My order says delivered but I have not received my package. What do I do? 

 If this occurs, please contact your local Post Office to resolve this issue. Once your order has been shipped, Sugarplum Serenity, LLC is not held responsible or liable for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Return & Exchange Policy

We make every effort to ensure that our customers are happy with the products we provide. Please note that because of the personal care products being sold by Sugarplum Serenity, LLC and due to COVID-19, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If there is an issue with your order, utilize our Contact Us page or send an email with your name and order number to Due to COVID we will not be accepting any returns. Please ensure that the item purchased is the item needed.
